12th April to 16th May restricted to a single household plus support bubble
17th May to 20th June restricted to two households plus support bubble or "rule of six"
21st June onwards - hopefully all restrictions are lifted

Unless otherwise shown, all our arrivals/check-in are on Fridays. Alternative arrival days and odd durations may be possible (eg 10 nights) out of the high season or last minute - please contact us.
If your chosen date is available, a price will be shown. You can then proceed with the reservation and securely pay by credit card or details will be given to pay by bank transfer, if preferred.

A 20% deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 56 days prior to arrival. A housekeeping/damages deposit of £150 will be taken with the balance payment and will be refunded 7 days after leaving (less any damages/extra cleaning costs)
Maximum 10 guests plus 2 infants. We have one cot suitable for a baby under 2 years old and 2 highchairs available.
We accept 2 dogs at a charge of £20 per dog (more by prior arrangement).

You will be offered the chance to change your date or entitled to a refund if:
- We have to cancel and close due to Lockdown.
- Your given address is put into Local or regional Lockdown.
- Your booking is affected by a change to government restrictions limiting the number of households or people able to accommodate together.
We strongly advise you to take out UK travel insurance to cover for other eventualities.
Covid is also now a known risk and it is possible for you to insure your holiday against it. This can include the customer or any of the party having Covid, the customer or any of the party having to isolate or quarantine, or you wishing to shield any Members of the party.
